Great location with friendly staff in Venice :-)
The location was great and the staff was very supportive during our stay. It started with a comfort check-in until the check-out. The breakfast was good.
The size of the room was normal and did not like hearing of the fan of the heater that was high and you could not command it. Still, the room was clean and the size of the bathroom was good!

Location just across the railway station. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is a little bit outdated. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall satisfying experience.
